Initially US military serial 72-21491. 1973: Operating as AE-406 with the Aviacion de Ejercito Argentino. 1982: Captured complete at Stanley 1985: Brought to UK and displayed in US Army desert colours (false serial 998-8888) at the Museum of Army flying, Middle WallopFuselage was subsequently used for instructional purposes at RAF Valley, repainted in the RAF Griffin black and yellow colours (above). Subsequently sent to museum in 2018, where tail boom was already on display since 2012.
