This temporary exhibition explored Medway’s pivotal role in aviation history and the lasting impact of the Short Brothers, whose factory in Rochester was a major hub for aviation innovation. A newly restored 1937 Short Scion Floatplane, built by the Medway Aircraft Preservation Society Limited (MAPSL), was the centerpiece of the exhibition.
